Returns & Refunds

14 days to change your mind, extended to 30 as a courtesy.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Velquoro extends this period to 30 days as a courtesy.

How to return

1. Write to hello@velquoro.shop stating your order number and the items to be returned.
2. You will receive a prepaid return label (free within the EU).
3. Pack the items in their original packaging, with tags intact.
4. Hand the parcel over to the designated courier.

Refund

You will receive the refund via the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. Initial shipping costs are refunded only for a full return of the order.

Exchange

To change size, follow the return procedure and place a new order — the new shipment is free.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing their original tags.
