Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times and costs are listed on the Shipping page; any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change an order that has already been confirmed?
Write to hello@velquoro.shop right away. If the order has not yet shipped, we will try to change it.
How long do refunds take?
A maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, usually within 5 business days.
Are the materials certified?
Yes — we select certified natural fabrics free of harmful substances. Details are on each product page.
Are there size guides?
Each product page includes its specific size chart. If in doubt, write to us before ordering.
